2.1 — Age Requirement

2.2 — Identity Verification

2.3 — One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts under the same person's name, or from the same device or payment method, is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and the bonuses and balances of both accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 — Registration Process

To become a member, you must fill out the registration form with accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect, false, or misleading information is a violation of these terms. The name given at registration must exactly match the name on the payment method used; otherwise, the withdrawal process may be delayed or cancelled.

3.2 — Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your login information completely confidential. Do not share your account password with anyone. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately. We will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.

3.3 — Account Transfer Prohibited

No member may transfer their account, balance, or bonuses to another person. Selling, renting, or giving away an account is strictly prohibited and, upon discovery, the account in question will be closed immediately.

The following methods are available for transactions on pvip logo:

4.1 — Deposit Terms

A minimum deposit of ৳100 is allowed. The mobile banking number or bank account used for the deposit must be registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. For bank transfers, transactions may be made through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks.

4.2 — Withdrawal Terms

To make a withdrawal, your account identity verification must be completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Funds are generally paid out within 30 minutes to 3 hours. For unusual or suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to hold withdrawals until additional verification is completed.

4.3 — Bonus Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met. For example, for the welcome bonus, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,000 — and a wagering amount of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed against that bonus. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

pvip logo offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. This bonus applies only to the first deposit and cannot be claimed more than once per member.

5.2 — Weekly Reload Reward

Under the weekly pvip logo reload reward, a 50% bonus is available on any deposit once per week, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times and the minimum deposit is ৳100.

5.3 — Other Promotional Offers

pvip logo offers various promotions including a slots festival bonus, cricket season deposit incentive, birthday special gift, and friend referral reward. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless specifically permitted.

5.4 — Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

pvip logo reserves the right to cancel a bonus under any of the following circumstances:

• Claiming a bonus from multiple accounts belonging to the same person
• Using low-risk betting strategies to avoid wagering requirements
• Registering with false or incomplete information
• Any fraudulent activity against the platform

pvip logo's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Cashback is given based on the net loss for that week.

For example, if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback, as this is the maximum limit. Our support team will provide details on how to advance through VIP tiers.

VIP benefits apply only to the member's own account. Cashback and VIP benefits are non-transferable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pvip logo:

• Attempting to hack or access another member's account
• Coordinating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the platform's software for unfair advantage and failing to report those errors
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
• Completing account verification using false identity or documents

If any of the above activities are proven, the account in question will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8.1 — Limits on Use of Information

11.1 — Member Rights

pvip logo reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of these terms
• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Account inactive for an extended period

11.3 — Terms Updates

pvip logo reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Members will be informed in advance of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• Problems with a game or bet caused by internet disconnection
• Technical errors by third-party game providers
• Financial loss caused by a member's own negligence or mistake
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, war, or other unforeseeable circumstances

In the event of any technical issue, pvip logo will attempt to provide a fair resolution after its own investigation. However, this resolution may not always take the form of financial compensation.
